Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
• During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times:

• Karachi: 1–2 working days
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–4 working days
• Other Cities: 3–5 working days

Remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Charges vary by city and will be visible at checkout.
• Free Shipping: May be offered during special promotions.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.
• You can track your package on the courier partner’s tracking page.

Packaging & Safety

• All orders are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
• Fragile items (like testers or gift sets) receive extra protective packaging.

Delivery Attempts

• If the customer is unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
• After failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

NADPerfume accepts returns/exchanges only if:

• The product is damaged,
• The item received is incorrect, or
• There is a missing item.

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing video proof.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available across Pakistan.
• Please ensure the provided phone number is correct for courier verification.
