Overview

  • NADPerfume values customer satisfaction and ensures safe, original, and high-quality products.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return, Refund & Exchange

Damaged Product Received

  • Customers can request a return or exchange if the product arrives physically damaged.
  • Damage must be reported within the allowed timeframe (mentioned below).

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive a different product than what you ordered, NADPerfume will replace it or process a refund.

Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns Will Not be Accepted For

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes
  • Unsealed packaging
  • Change of mind
  • Discounted, promotional, or tester items
  • Fragrance not matching personal preference
  • Delayed delivery by courier company (not NADPerfume’s fault)

Return Request Timeframe

  • Damage or wrong product must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Proof Required

Customers Must Provide

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Order number and proof of purchase
(The unboxing video ensures transparency and prevents fraudulent claims.)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Customer submits complaint with required proof.
  2. NADPerfume team reviews and verifies the claim.
  3. Once approved:
    • Exchange product is sent, OR
    • Refunds are processed (based on eligibility).
  4. Pickup/return courier details are shared with the customer.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the order.
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

Exchange Process

  • A replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the product is out of stock, customers may receive a refund.

Packaging Requirements for Returns

Returned item must be in:
  • Original packaging
  • Unused and sealed condition
  • Without any missing accessories

Important Notes

  • NADPerfume reserves the right to decline returns not meeting policy conditions.
  • Courier delays are not grounds for return or refund.
  • Fragrance performance varies person-to-person and is not considered a product fault.
